joe fox's Bio

Joe’s charismatic yet humble demeanor gives him an instant likeable brand of comedy that is relatable to all audiences. Originally from Dallas, TX Fox got his start in stand-up at the Addison Improv as a favorite on K104’s Nanette Lee’s hit show Phat Tuesdays! It wasn’t long before he was making appearances on two seasons of BET’s hit show “Comic View”, and then Gospel Comedy All Stars 3. He has also performed overseas in Africa, Japan and Korea. Fox currently travels the nation performing at top comedy clubs such as The Improv, The FunnyBone, The Comedy Store, The Laugh Factory and many more.

From the moment Joe moved to Hollywood he has been performing non-stop with popular and nationally known comedians. From humble beginnings working as a TSA officer, Fox has done several commercials as well as a TV guest star appearance and independent film projects. At an early age, a ‘do-it until it’s done’ work-ethic was ingrained in him by his mother and father, a school teacher and federal government worker respectively. This is what makes Joe a consummate professional and it comes across on stage as intellectual and edgy, yet vulnerable and honest. In between road gigs, Joe be found perfecting his stand-up on the top stages of LA.
