Comedian Brian Hooks, an American actor, comedian, producer, and director, gained recognition for his role as DJ in the 2004 film “Soul Plane.” He also starred as Pilot in the Austin Powers film “The Spy Who Shagged Me.” Hooks is best known for his roles as the protagonist Rob Douglas in the screwball comedy “3 Strikes” and Nick Delaney on the UPN television sitcom “Eve.” His filmography includes cultural classics such as “Phat Beach” as Durrel Jackson, “High School High” as Anferny Jefferson, and Young Paul in “Beloved.”
