Going on a unique date can mean doing a bit of planning. For example, why not have a half-date night where each of you brings something to the dinner? One could bring a DVD movie, wine and candles and the other the main course or dessert.

Here is a fun and unique date idea: build a blanket fort, order pizza and eye-guzzle on your favorite movies or series back to back. Or you could go to local spots dressed as tourists and snap photos of the area landmarks and historical sites. The point is to take it all in the way tourists do. Try everything, the food, mechanical bull riding, clog dancing, whatever.
